COLLATERAL

We assess the true value of the security property beyond just an independent valuation, leveraging CoreLogic, Credit Searches and feasibility studies to ensure everything stacks up.

CAPACITY

If the project isn’t viable, it’s not worth your time. We stress-test the Borrower’s ability to deliver by assessing approvals, funding and exit strategies to ensure the project can meet its target value and returns.
